How to care for your lashes
After investing in a gorgeous set of lashes it's important to follow the aftercare instructions in order to prolong the life of your extensions, as well as keeping your eye health at its best. Here are some very important aftercare tips to follow to give you that great retention you're looking for.
NO MASCARA, EYELINER, OR OILY PRODUCTS ON EYES!
Lash extensions eliminate the need to wear mascara, but if you do choose to wear makeup be sure to thoroughly wash your lashes after. Most mascaras and eyeliners are oil or wax-based, therefore they will break down the adhesive faster, this equals more fills needed on a more regular basis. Make sure to check your washes and lotions for oils that will get on the lashes.
BRUSH AND WASH DAILY!
Brushing and washing your lashes are the most important part of your after care!
-Make sure you are using a lash shampoo and removing all dirt, oil and makeup daily!
- Wash your lash wands regularly!
- Let air dry or blow dry on cool!
- Avoid touching lashes with your fingers as they transfer dirt and oil!
